Title: Problem with admin.php page
Post by: Grey Fox on June 15, 2006, 12:15:17 PM
Hi,
I've been running Coppermine Gallery for some time, but few days ago my database on db4free well... just disappeared so without any backup of it I had to reinstall my gallery. All went fine and easy till I've tried to click "settings" or "config" or whatever the name of the button that leads to admin.php page (I'm using Polish version so the name there is "ustawienia").
When I click other buttons everything goes fine but i have to click few times to get to admin page, sometimes i have to refresh the page, too. When I finally reach the page instead of normal admin control panel I see something like that:
(https://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg214.imageshack.us%2Fimg214%2F7902%2Fadmin0yi.jpg&hash=df88c7e493e9ae874dc470860ab6491cad09ba6c)
or shorter version with only a half or one third of these options, which -in fact - I cant even change because "apply" button (or whatever is the English equivalent:) ) seems to don't make any effect. What can I do to bring my -ekhm -old version of panel back? (it worked one time properly though, about two hours ago, but when I refreshed it... well... I wasnt happy.)
What I've tried already:
-completely reinstalling and reuploading gallery and using new database.
-have tried reaching admin site on firefox, opera and IE
-cleared cookies and stuff like that
-tried this as another user on windows (same computer, though)
-checked for viruses, spyware, stuff like that (heh, I almost did all kinds of exorcisms... not mentioning praying to all kinds of gods  ;D )
-I've tried both CPG 145 and 148

At first I was suspecting my browser but cookie things were OK, the same was for IE and Opera. But now I have no clue...

I would be grateful if You could help me somehow...

Unfortunately reuploading admin.php has no effect. I've tried changing themes, too -no result...

Abbas Ali: No effect, same as polish
Bmossavari: I've got to contact server admin, but that might be a good idea, I'll try it and report about the effects.

Hello, You guys were right -it was Google Ad which "destroyed" our gallery ;)
Sorry for being so late -but I was quite busy. Our new address is http://aip.pl/~heijoshinkan/ (http://aip.pl/~heijoshinkan/) -and You all should consider Yourselves invited.
Thanks for the help
