Title: Coppermine Photo Gallery integration with WordPress and TNG
Post by: ki4pic on June 18, 2006, 01:37:37 AM
I would like to ask if it is possible to integrate login requirements between coppermine, wordpress and TNG (The Next Generation of Genealogy Sitebuilding by Darrin Lythgoe).

I require registration for access to my family genealogy website and for users to be able to use all three programs, I believe they would have to log in three different times depending on what they wanted to view.

I'm hoping that there is some way to create a shared login procedure. Any help in that regard would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
-charles

I use PostNuke, Coppermine, and TNG.  CasNuy's pnCPG and pnTNG let me log in to all 3 at once.  I have modified things a bit to make it more seemless.  I could probably assist with the TNG integration sometime, if you need assistance.  pnCPG doesn't use the Coppermine bridge system; instead it merely logs you in when you log in to PostNuke.  pnTNG does the same, so I'm thinking the code could be modified in straight-forward manner to log you in for what you want.
