The default style won't save? I've changed it to "Rainy Day"...

Try refreshing your cookies. This usually fixes it.

I'm not exactly sure how to do that? I'm on Safari - Mac!

Add this to your gallery url:
?theme=xxx

This will reset to the theme set in Config
