I am getting the following error when adding pics:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 10485760 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1200 bytes) in /west/nivascom/public_html/pics/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 209
Also got the following error:

What does this mean? I need some help upgrading to the 1.4 version. Can someone help me with step by step instructions as to how to go about this or better yet, upgrade it for me.
