i can't edit and delete keywords....

What do you mean by "I can't edit"? Are you not able to access the edit pages? Do you get an error message? Are the fields greyed out? Post details, be more specific.

edit: i can't delete or modify a word with characters "áéíóú"

no "abadía" but yes "abadia"

I'm sorry I don't understand. Let me repeat my question: when editing a keyword, what exactly happens - do you get an error message, or do your changes go ignored?

You appear to be using iso8859-1 as encoding. Try utf-8. Is your Galician file up to date and utf-8 encoded? Try switching to English temporarily.
