I want to have the file information display but not all the normal stuff that comes in it. Can you tell me what file I go into to customize this?

you can edit your lang file (lang/english.php )
around line 944~1022
you can comment out each one that you don't want to show

Ok I downloaded this plug in but what do I do?? I do I use it??

install it and try ....
- unzip it to plugins folder (as a new folder)
- go to config=>general settings=>Enable plugin(plugin manager) and install it
