From where to change the time in cpg?

In my gallery it's with 3 hours later :(

As I'm located in Eastern Australia, to change the appropriated server time to the current I add +10
be certain that you add +10 not +1000 as it's not in Zulu format

Can Time be changed in 1.4.2

You could have tried to find out pretty easily without needing to ask on the board ::). However (as Nibbler suggested): you mustn't ask if feature X or Y exists in outdated versions - get the most recent stable version.
