How do I integrate this thing with PayPal (if possible at all)? Also, either I am missing something or there is nowhere a person can put in their address and payment info for the items they order.
Is the PayPal mod still available for download, if so, where?

There are several PayPal-hacks, in fact there's a whole sub-board dedicated to those type of hacks named "Mods: Selling pictures (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?board=73.0)" - searching for the word "paypal" (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=search2;search=paypal) would have helped. No plugins though, therefor moving your thread accordingly.

When I apply these mods, will i have to add the prices separately to each picture, or can I just set them once and they will be added to all pictures automatically?
Idealy, I would like them to stay the same all the time.
I don't know. Those mods don't go supported on the regular support board, but just on the thread that deals with them. Locking.
