Hello,
I have one album that Registered Users can upload files to. What I want to do is make it hidden from everyone's view except mine inclduding Registered Users. However, when I go to the album permissions and change "Album can be viewed by" from "Members of the 'Registered' group" to "Me Only" no one can upload to it. I don't want other Registered Users to be able to view what has been uploaded by someone else before I approve it.

Pictures are not visible until you approve them anyway. I don't understand the question. Users are not permitted to upload to albums they can't see.
I must be doing something wrong then because as soon as a Registered User uploads a picture it is visible to all registered users. I get an email saying I need to approve it but it is seen in the upload folder before I approve it. It shows up in the Last Additions also on the bottom of the main page.
Are the pictures actully visible to registered users? Did you logout and check? They are visible to the admin in the gallery before you approve them which is a little confusing.
There must have been a glitch in my english.php
I uploaded a copy from my computer and it took care of the problem.

my problem is similar but different.
have set in admin Albums can be private (yes)
but when a member chooses to have his album for registered members only,
registered members can not see this album and the setting stays on "me only"
when trying to change between registered members view and me only view, no change is made?
help?

Show private album Icon to unlogged user also set to (yes)
