Title: Encoding issue with French éàè

Hi,
I'd like to use French as primary language for the gallery, and I've defined ISO-8859-1 as scheme.
But the "é" and other special char from Coppermine are displayed with wrong encoding scheme and result as è stuff.
The same char that I enter manually for e.g. album description are OK.
e.g.
http://fabski.com/images/index.php
Catégories is not OK.
Mon périple asiatique de 2002 à 2004 is OK.

ok, works now for the Coppermine text, but not anymore for mine... I'll change them, not that many.
