When you click on the tumbnail of one of my images in my gallery the picture is showing up really big instead of being small and then it pops up in a bigger window. If you understand what i mean.

i want the picture to be smaller but i dont know how.
does anyone know how to do it

You set the size of the intermediate pic in config. If you change it you then have to rebuild the intermediate pics in admin tools.
ok, how do i rebuild them, do i have to delete them all?

Admin tools as in the "admin tools" that appear in your admin menu. Admin menu as in "explained in the docs".
i know its in the admin menu but i wasent sure what i need to do, i cant read the doc's thats in my gallery because when my site was hacked they deleted that page and i cant seem to get it back, even when i have tried to reinstall the page. but it says i can delete the intermedate pictures, is that what i need to do

Oh, you could read the local copy of the documentation or the one that is available here on this site (link at top of this page).
Steps: "Update thumbs and/or resized photos (1)" -> "What should be updated (2):Both thumbnails and resized pictures" -> "Select album:All albums(3)" -> "Submit(4)"
