I have installed and configured the Coppermine Photo Gallery script so ppl can reg their self without e-mail confirming and they can log in and creata albums/upload pictures.. It's up and "running" @ http://cezarhome.no-ip.com/photoworld .
The problem is:
1 People who register their self on my site can't upload img's. When they log in they come threw but they don't have any options up in the right corner.
2 The use the url http://127.0.0.1..... as URL to the images. I suspect that the server use that to other things also.
I tried to find the settings in the .php files but didn't find it. Someone now who can help me to fix this problem. Really thx....
/Johnny
1. Could be a cache problem - are you running a/your own Windows server?
2. Go to config, and check your settings for
QuoteTarget address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards
is http://cezarhome.no-ip.com/photoworld
.. with no trailing backslash. Not localhost or 127.0.0.1.

1. Yes, windows. Apache,php,mysql.
2. In which file? Couldn't find it in config.php or init.inc.php.
Not in a file.
In config, when logged on as admin, look for the setting 'Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards ', near the top, in the general settings.

Ok I'll try it now.
Now that is done. Try to reg your self @ http://cezarhome.no-ip.com/photoworld .
Stille the same error as a said with point 1 ? What can I do then?
Hi Johnny,
if you want supporters to log in to your site, you must supply a test user account and password.
Supporters will not go through the registration process for all who need help.
Just post the name and password here (user account, NOT admin)

Ok Cezar,
I tried to log on, but I got the 'warning your browser does not accept cookies'.
This has recently been answered here (look at the last post); http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=2334.
it has to do with the server clock being wrong.
QuoteFound the answer in the forums. It worked immediately on re-setting the date/time.
Hope this helps.

I can't find it in the forums! :/

Ok, thank all.. I'll surely use this forum in future.. See you all.
Hi, Cezar.
Glad it worked! I notice on your Homepage you say you intend creating a Forum to go with your Gallery. I've hacked together a customised phpbb2 theme which matches the "Hardwired" theme of your Gallery. If you are interested in using it, PM me. It might save you a load of work!
You can see it here //www.hartlepoolcameraclub.co.uk
John Mc
please post your hardwired theme for phpbb on a separate thread - I'm sure many coppermine users will find it helpfull - I'll move it to the mods section then. Thanks.
