Title: batch "moving" files TO User Personal Albums?

Ok, I have a lot of users that still haven't figured out that they need to create a personal album to upload their personal photos to. Most have put random photos into public galleries where they do not belong.

Is there a way that we can create a folder for the user and move the files they uploaded into the album we create for them?

I don't know if this belongs in this forum, but didn't know where else to put it.
