I have just installed coppermine gallery to my satisfaction, i havent got everything to work quite yet but im getting there...
But, now it seems i cant use the admin tools button as i get a blank page, the same problem as i had with uploading pictures... i dont think i have altered anything important as the rest of the buttons work and i cant use debbuging cause i cant even open the page.
Im using Freebsd 6.1 with php5 apache13+modssl mysql4.1 and gd2. and as i said the tools page just stopped working, it worked awhile ago.
Check if the file contains spaces or line breaks after the closing ?>and remove them. Another option would be to get a fresh copy from another mirror and/or checking if you FTP-uploaded using the proper FTP mode.

Try renaming http://lotta.ipv4.se/util.php to http://lotta.ipv4.se/foo.php and see if you can access it then.
