i think i did something wrong in the setup or install. i'm able to create albums, upload pictures, everything looks fine. but i logged myself out and attempted to register just as a test, and the screen goes to a blank screen instead of a register screen. i have the option selected for users to be able to register.

could it be something i did wrong with the permissions? a friend of mine just tried to register and she gets the same blank page.
It's probably something to do with the ads.
thanks, it works now. the tech support at my webhost had to change some of the script on line 2168 of the mailer.inc.php file. it works fine now as long as registration is done without email. it wasn't the ads, it was something with the security of the free host.
