hi
I have installed CPG 1.4.4 theme named "MAC OS X" which came with the package at http://www.pindiplus.com/cpg/
now there are 2 things i cant seem to figure out in it..
1- at screen resolution of 1024 by 768 it looks fine but at 800 by 600 the gallery doesnt resize to fit the window
i dont want horizental scroll bars.. How and where can i solve that problem?
2- IF you see
"Rawalpindi Photos
Photographs of the Rawalpindi City." ( on Green stripes")
it is at the centre..of the table.. I want to change it so it is towards the LEFT side
what do i have to change?
any help?
I am attaching the theme incase you cant find it.
You're actually using cpg1.4.2, which is very outdated. It's mandatory that you upgrade to the most recent version (currently cpg1.4.9).
The menu items in Mac_OX_X take some space - you need to modify the theme in several places to make it work with 800x600.
are you trying to say "upgrade to 1.4.9 and resolution problem will resolve automatically?
or do i hav to edit manually even after upgrading to 1.4.9?

Yes
Upgrading to cpg1.4.9 will not fix your theme issue. However, it's mandatory that you upgrade. Read the upgrading section of the docs (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#14). Don't use auto-installers in the future.
THE link says "Converting cpg1.3.x themes to cpg1.4.9"
i shall be upgrading from 1.4.2 to 1.4.9 SO
1-- As the theme series is 1.4.x does that mean After upgrading to 1.4.9 , MAC OS X theme(1.4.2) that i have installed will not be effected?
OR
2- the theme code structure has been changed in 1.4.9 and i have to edit MAX OS X theme(1.4.2) to make it work with 1.4.9?
you can safly use any 1.4.x theme with 1.4.9 version
