i want guest look at the comment field and star point filed.
why don't look at that?

Allow guests to rate files and post comments by going to coppermine's groups manager (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#group_cp) and enabling those options for guests/anonymous users.
Use a better subject next time you start a thread - of course everybody has got a question when starting a new thread on the support board. Stating the obvious is not helpful for others who browse the board searching for answers to similar questions.
