Title: Need a Converter

I have a bunch of 16:9 MPG's that I need to convert to WMV.  I haven't found a converter yet that can preserve aspect ratio or correctly convert 16:9.  Does anyone know of an app that can do this?

To my surprise, windows movie maker did the job.
