How can my gallery show an IP address or stamp his IP address on the comments being posted on the gallery. So that if anything being posted, I can block the IP even if they are just guests.
It already does.
If it already does, why I cant see those IP who posted their comments in my gallery. It should be seen in the gallery. Please help, thanks.
As an admin you can see the IP of poster next to her/his name, for each comment

It's not on the log files it's on actual comment block (under intermediate display )
Got it, thanks, one more question, do admin can only see this IP, how about even guests can see this IP? so that they may be aware that their IP is being recorded. I mean what if I still can see this IP even if im not logged in a s admin?
IP address is not displayed for visitors. You're free to add text that explains to users that their IP address is being recorded, or even display the IP address of users. It's just a server var that you can add easily. However, this won't keep comment spammers from spamming, as they are spoofing their IP address or block sending their IP address completely.
Attached is a screenshot how the admin view of the comments section looks like, with the IP address being displayed.
Bottom line: don't trust IP address recording - it won't help very much, as malevolent users will hide it and most users get dynamic IP addresses assigned by their ISP each time they connect to the internet (dynamically).
