Title: adding special Keywords in meta section of page

Hi, I'm thinking about improving google PR (page rank) of my site - is it possible to add some extra information to <meta name="keywords" content=" ">
at this moment there is only keyword stored with photo. How can I add here page name and some additional words like gallery, photo etc.?
Could You somehow help me?

You can add it to template.html if those are static keywords

Google doesn't take meta tags into account any longer. There are other methods you could use to improve your page rank. Please review the most recent discussion on SEO.
