I wish to show on page last additions not only registered users, but also anonymous how me to make such?  ???

Is this related to cpmFetch? You'll have to describe your issues in detail. Links, screenshots or other non-verbal illustrations might help. Even if you think that your English is bad, you should use more words to explain what you actually want to accomplish.

By means of cpmFetch it is necessary to show me on the main page of a site last added pictures, but at me in gallery registration is switched off, and cpmFetch show only additions registered users as me to make display of absolutely all users both registered and anonymous. I hope has clearly explained.

cpmFetch respects permissions - you can't retrieve files with it that only logged-in users are allowed to see. If you require your users to log in to coppermine to see pics, users not logged in will not be able to see pics on pages powered by cpmFetch. Not sure if this was your question though.

There is a function to over-ride the private photos being blocked.

Although why you would want to escapes me...
