Title: Login/Logout issue
Post by: hieddie on October 24, 2006, 09:27:21 PM
Hi,
I am not sure how this can be fixed, and I am totally lost. I have been searching for hours to see if anyone else has come across this, and I have not found that anyone has, so here goes.

Once you login to the gallery, everything is fine. (Most people will just close their browsers) After they are done with the gallery.

Once the person opens their browser and goes back to the gallery, they are at the Catigory list instead of the Ablum list (*installed hack to have this done) ie: Go to the Album List.

Is there a way to make sure once a person has logged in and closed their browser when they open their browser and are "automatically" logged back in once they go back to the gallery, they go to the "Album List"? ???

Thanks  ???

can't understand the issue !
Can you post a link to your gallery with a test (non-admin) account

Sure  ;)

Sorry about that.

http://images.productphotography.com/imagehosting/login.php (http://images.productphotography.com/imagehosting/login.php)

Login: bellababy
password:password

Everything works great!  Then do as most users do and just close the browser.

Open your browser back up and go to the gallery again and you will be in a different place. Is there a way to make sure that I get directly back to the Album List?

Thanks again

Don't worry about your site being blocked for Sami, this can happen for perfectly innocent sites. As all filters, some have "false positives".
I was able to replicate this issue to a certain extent, after doing as suggested and closing the browser, going to http://images.productphotography.com/imagehosting/ returns a blank page. Going to http://images.productphotography.com/imagehosting/index.php works as expected though, so imo you (or your webhost) might have set up indexes improperly. Another possible reason might be your theme customizations: maybe some whitespace has crept in, leading to the page header not being loaded properly. Trying to replicate your issues with the eyeball theme (going to http://images.productphotography.com/imagehosting/?theme=eyeball) doesn't show the results mentioned above: the page works as expected.
Another potential culprit: your site is loading dead slow for me, although you have very little content on the page - browsing your page is a pain. I recommend asking your webhost for support.
