ExtremeGamers a beautiful phpBB2 style made by eXtreme Gamers Team is available for CPG 1.4.x now.
The width of this style can be changed globally by changing the value below in style.css.

Slight glitch: {CUSTOM_HEADER} was missing - I added it to the demo and download package.
