Upgrade! Most recent stable is cpg1.4.10, so you're lagging behind 7 versions. Upgrade is mandatory.
but how can i upgrade if i cant logg in as admin?
Admins powers are not needed to upgrade. Read the documentation, it explains the upgrade process.
upgraded to 1.4.10
but i still cant logg in!

You set your cookie prefix to '_php'. Your actual cookie prefix is 'phpbb2mysql' so you should redo the bridge with 'phpbb2mysql' as the cookie prefix.
thnx..this helped!
