I've not seen such a demo but check here for tools to help creating and editing themes. I use Web Developer with Firefox and Crimson Editor as my main tools.

It was removed from the package, we suggest you use the browser extensions instead. You can still download (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/coppermine/cpg1.4.x_theme_styleguide.zip?download) it if you like though.

The browser extensions Gizmo has refered to in his previous posting. Did you actually bother to follow the link he posted? Here are deep links for the lazy: Tools recommended by the devs: Web Developer Extension (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=31423.msg145984#msg145984) (Firefox), Tools recommended by the devs: Web Accessibility Toolbar (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=31423.msg145985#msg145985) (IE)
