Title: Space Quota stays 1024kb!!?

Hello :)
I'm newbie to this system..

I have changed the "Max size for uploaded files (KB)" in the config to 9000.. but still users can not upload more than 1024kb
In the "USERS" section all users except the administator (me:) ) have "Space Quota" of 1024kb

Is there a way to change it? Because only the users will upload pictures, a lot of..

check the Group manager and set the Quota for registered group or other groups that you have to 9000

Quota applies to personal albums and not for the admin.
