Please, help me to make an automatic any-video-format to flashvideo conversion + compression and flashplaying (as on the Tube) on my CPG
It would be the best, if as the Plugin or any easy installation version.
Or write step-by-step instruction what to change and what to download.
P.S. Sorry for my English and thnx for cooperation.
Should the plugin be capable to make coffee as well? How about taking the dog for walkies?

you should pay someone for that type of job...
offer some cash and maybe you will get a valid response
That requries server side software installation to convert video to swf/flv format...goto macromedia/adobe site to know the list of softwares to do that job.. Or
google for video sharing software..u will find the requirements to achieve such task .
