Hi,
I have an album where members can upload their own photo's however i want it so they can only post in that album when i go to Groups>Registered>Assigned Folders i get This group has no special access.
So how do i set it up so they can only post in one folder?

You set upload permissions in album properties. If you only want them to upload to one album then only allow uploads to that album in it's album properties.
Sorry but where is the properties for the album??
When logged in as admin, there's a clickable link that says "Properties (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#album_prop)" next to the thumbnail that represents the album. This applies to albums in public categories.
I can't see where it says members. I can see where is says guests.
Not sure what you mean. Attach a screenshot of the section you're refering to. A link to your page might help as well.

Well it says Visitors, I interpret that is guest, or does it mean members?

Take a look at the asterisk - "visitor" means "whoever you assigned upload permissions to on the groups page". If you allow guest uploads, then it means "guest". If you allow registered users to upload, it means "registered members". Please read the docs, this is explained there in detail.
Done what you said still getting: This group has no special access.
That message is not relevant. It is telling you that there are no special viewing permissions set for that group.
How do i fix this so members can only post it that one folder?

We already told you. Set upload permissions to that one album and disable it for any other albums.
