Same problem here:
http://arslan.atw.hu/cpg1410
I tried it from Firefox and IE too, tried the support.php, enabled cookies, etc. yah, and before all before I read the manual, the readme and the faqs... I read the topics with same problem, but couldn't find the solution :(
it doesn't let me log in
Do you get a error or errors ? Do you have a test account already in place or not ?
Cheers!
Hein

In debug mode I got this:
While executing query "INSERT INTO `cpg1410_users` (user_group,user_active,user_name,user_password) VALUES ('2','YES','testuser','098f6bcd4621d373cade4e832627b4f6')" on 0
mySQL error: Duplicate entry 'testuser' for key 2
File: /cpg1410/include/functions.inc.php - Line: 249
(firefox and IE)
chmod: 777 at all files
I deleted all cookies, got the same error.
I let my browsers use all cookies (it's deafult).

...and thank you for your help! :)
Sorry to say it, but my problem is not solved...!
Disable the silly "caught in a frame" script - the actual coppermine URL appears to be http://users.atw.hu/arslan/cpg1410/?atw_referer=http%3A%2F%2Fusers.atw.hu%2Farslan%2Fcpg1410%2F, which indicates that you have modified coppermine in a way you're not suppossed to. Undo your changes, try with a vanilla copy of coppermine. Using frames is not recommended at all, come up with a custom theme instead once you have figured out your issues.
Turn off notices_display in coppermine's config if you have turned it on.

Hmmm... could be workable, but not at me... I installed a brand new one, an unmodified v. 1.4.10 . I reinstalled three times in the past 24 hours, every time I cleaned out the tables, and mofifed nothing except the chmods...
Then do as I suggested and turn the "caught in a frame" script off.

Thank you! And...errr... how can I turn that off? *shame*
Then ask the admins of the server your hosting your CPG on.
