Title: Problem adding real video (rm) files
Post by: DavidH on December 02, 2006, 11:38:36 AM
I have used the batch upload facility to upload pictures without any problems, but when I try to add real video (rm) files I always get the PB error. I have checked the directory permissions they are set to 755 the same as the picture directories, but I cannot get the rm files to add. Can anyone suggest a solution?

The debug info from Coppermine is below:

Have you specified rm as a permitted filetype in config?

Yes thanks, I made sure that I specified that file type - the setting previously was ALL which I removed and changed it to RM

You need to add in rm to the list of document types (ie. doc/txt/rtf/pdf/xls/pps/ppt/zip/gz/mdb/rm)
