Title: Email confirmation + admin activation

I have them both activated for new user registrations. But I want to atcivate the users' accounts AFTER they click on the link sent to them and confişrm their mail addresses. But I don't know how can I make sure of that they have done that. Is there any way to view it through the admin panel fo the gallery?

Please help and thanks in advance! :)
