Hi guys my first post, love CPG been using it for over a year on mine and my sons websites.
Getting a bit stuck. I want to move albums out of the category their in "My Gallery" to category "2005", "2006", etc.
Had a look at the manual http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#album_prop (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#album_prop) which shows a picture of a drop down menu, but the menu is not their for me.
Instead next to Album Category I just have "User Gallery". Any ideas?
Would love to show screenshot but I have a cheap nasty keyboard that does useful things like launch Powerpoint when you hit print screen.

I'm not sure if I fully understand...
but you can't use coppermine's interface to move albums out of the user galleries into public categories. But you can create an album in the public categories and the move pictures out of the user albums into that new ly created public album. Does this solve your problem?
It will be faster and easier to use your Phpmyadmin interface to move your album out the users galleries.
Go to the albums line "cpgxxx_albums" the find the album to modify, and then apply the right category number.
