i am gettin this now:
The picture 'modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/cherrytaplogo.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Make sure that you have set permissions as suggested in the docs for the albums folder and everything within it. Not related to pnCPG, moving to the upload support board. Read the upload troubleshooting section of the docs extra carefully and do exactly as suggested if you need more help. Use a better subject next time you start a thread.
