Title: trouble uploading wmv file

I tried to upload a 4 minute video I made using photo story. The error said it exceeded the allowed file size. So, what is the limit? The video is 9.88MB. I could reduce it to 4.41MB but that's about it. :'(
If it matters, I'm running XP.

You tell us; it is whatever you set it to in config.

Well, i'm stumped. I just went throught the configurations inch by inch and I can't see where I change how big a .wmv file I can upload. Does anyone out there know?

Max size for uploaded files (KB) - Same setting for all file types.
