Title: diferent show in IE and different in Opera, FF...

this is my problem (see pictures):

open it in IE and then in Opera...

please help, how can i fix it?

when i save xxx.php an ANSI then is the language bad but all others problems OK! not like on the pictures...
when i save after editing xxx.php an UTF-8 then is language good but others bad - like on the pictures...


??? can you help me? :o
