Title: how to remove login and logout

All my forum users automaticly login via a bridge function.

To avoid dumb login/logout interaction i would very much like to DISABLE / REMOVE the login / logout field in coppermine it self.

So that the users ONLY are able to login/logout via the forum panel.

How is this done ??

A simple search would have yielded several solutions.
