I really want to have it in Arabic language! I don't care about the control panel being in English, but I want the gallery to be in Arabic....is this possible?
If yes, how easy is it?! Can someone help? Do you think I should ask my hosting company to do it for a fee?

There is no arabic translation for 1.4. (contributions welcome). You can use the arabic language file from 1.3 with lang fallback enabled.

There have been many requests for an Arabic translation, see my reply to http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=36901.0 - in the future, don't be lazy: searching the board for the search term "arabic" was all it took to come up with this reply in no time.
