Title: SMF bridging question
Post by: maritimesbob on January 27, 2007, 05:59:17 AM
I`ve just finished bridging the latest Coppermine with the latest SMF.

I have created a main category, and within this are the albums I wish to use for our forum members. That said, only I as administrator can currently upload anything. The members seem to not have permissions to upload to the albums.

QuoteSorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

Now I might be in the wrong area here. But if I go into coppermine admin, groups, registered, then select assign albums, it takes me to the forums member list.

I`ve only just switched over from Invision, so this is a little different!!!

Coppermine install: http://www.canadianweather.org/cpg1410
Forum install: http://www.canadianweather.org/forums
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.2
Forum version: smf 1.1

Bridge Wizard: enable/disable BBS integration
Your bridge settings
Forum URL:    http://www.canadianweather.org/forums
Relative path to your BBS's config file:    ../forums/
Use post-based groups?:    no
Enable integration/bridging with Simple Machines (SMF)

Thank you.

Never mind, forgot to look at the album properties.

Could someone remove this topic please? Thank you.

We never do - the whole point of a support board is that threads remain as reference for others. Marking thread accordingly instead.
