The canned answer to requests like yours is: if you need a theme that matches the overall look of your site, create it as suggested in the docs. You usually can't expect to be spoon-fed by requesting a custom theme and someone comes along and codes it for you.
However, I was in the mood to do some basic theme creation, so I did as requested and created a custom theme for you. Download the attachment, unzip it on your client (preserving the folder structure), move the unzipped theme folder into your themes folder.
You might want to improve the theme further. Have fun. I'd appreciate a donnation to sf.net or some other open source project that accepts donnations.
