I am looking for a very capable programmer to put together a custom profile and user cp. I have specific ideas about how I want it to look and it's capabilities. I also want it to be able to work with my phpbb forums. My budget is somewhat flexible, but I estimate that I could put $500 into this project. I would like it to be done within a month or so, not too much of a rush.
