Title: Personal albums that allows others to view

I understand that users can set the album properties to be [viewed by me only]
Issit possible that the user can send a link to his/her friend to view?
As in the album can be viewed by the owner, and the owner's friends
but not by other users

has been requested before (please search before posting). Currently no hack available to allow this.
