Noty sure this is the right forum section? please move if not

I am getting an error when trying to approve files as the admin when i look at images to approve it shows the image name but not the image, as in the file name 2.jpg but no image if i approve or delete it i get the below error,

pasted errors and log below hope someone can help its all up and running apart from approving images, the funny thing is once approved the files display propperly in their albums however its just the approval section wher they do not show??
