I setup administrator and go to GROUPS
set up
File upload boxes = 1;
or
File upload boxes = 4;
when I upload the same picture and exactly the same setting for picture.
but the picture's final size is huge different size.
for first one: File upload boxes = 1;my uploaded final picture's size is 1470KB.
for second one: File upload boxes = 1;my uploaded final picture's size is 70KB.
but they are the same quality.
What's wrong?

Post a link to your coppermine-driven gallery and a non-admin test user account with upload privileges and above mentioned settings in place.

When reporting issues with having two file upload boxes (not a brilliant idea to shout "bug" btw.) and being told to set up a test user account with exactly those settings in place, I would have expected to see two file upload boxes. Yet, you have enabled single file uploads, so there's no way for me to check. I'm reluctant repeat this over, nor do I want to beg you to allow me supporting you.
