I am having trouble and I can not figure out where to post my issue. I know i should not be asking for support in here.I will post where it is appropriate if someone could please tell me where to post. I can't upload photos after install. No need to answer my problem in here just tell me where to ask please.

Assuming you are using 1.4 you should post in the 1.4 upload support section.
