I have read through all the documentation, troubleshooting, and FAQ sections.
I'm STUCK!!!! :(
My gallery can be found here: http://www.kbez.com/cpg1.4.10/cpg1410/
When anyone goes to upload a new file it will tell them that:
Successful Uploads
2 uploads were successful.
Please click 'Continue' to add the files to albums.
When the user clicks on 'Continue' - the browser refreshes upload.php with a blank screen!
PLEASE HELP!!!
Hi,

Yours sincerely
Jian Zhan
Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble)
GauGau,
I have everything set up as suggested by the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.
Test User: kbez_test
Password: pass4now

pass doesn't work and for guests you've enabled upload approval. So I can't check
I have changed the guests upload approval to no.
Checked the pass and works fine:

No, it does not. Confirming what Stramm said: the login you provided does not work. Review.
I guess a little intelligence would help on my behalf, huh? ;)

Sorry!
Uploading smaller files works fine (see http://www.kbez.com/cpg1.4.10/cpg1410/displayimage.php?pos=-15). Your issue only exists when uploading larger files. This may be due to server-sided restrictions (not restrictions in Coppermine's config). Please review the sticky thread Trouble-shooting the upload process. (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=24088.0) to get an idea what server-sided restrictions may exist that prevent you from uploading large pics.
You have five options:
- Contact your webhost (when web-hosted) and ask them to improve your php.ini settings (although they probably are reluctant to do so, as this is a matter of economics)
- If you're self-hosted, change the php.ini settings accordingly
- Leave things as they are and resize your pics on the client before uploading them
- Decrease the limitations in Coppermine to reflect your server-sided limitations and tell your users about them
- Find a better webhost
I had this problem, it was particular to uploading large files such as videos.
fix below:
I modified the user groups allowed quota with no change, then i went into my isp hosting providers ftp settings and change the size cap there aswell.
I had yahoo hosting and i had a default setup where i could not ftp upload files larger than 3 megs. I changed this is allow for a larger size, and no more problems...
