When i'm navigating most viewed i sometimes get the wrong image, not next or previous but some other near image.
Why is this?
Also sometimes when clicking most viewed thumbs i'll get different large image than the thumb shows!
Is this a cache problem?
That happens when other people are viewing the pictures and affecting the sort order by viewing them. This is fixed in the next version.

No release date scheduled yet. Probably at some time 2007, but don't sue us if it doesn't get released in 2007. You're welcome to check out the SVN (devel branch) to test it, but remember that it goes completely unsupported.
