Title: MOVED Hosting Server and Will not import the MYSQL Database

I have moved servers both using Cpanel and the same versions of CopperMine however i have tried to import the MYSQL that was backed up, but this has not worked.  I can an Access Denied error, i have gone through and setup all the user name and passwords as the same as the old host but with the same errors i have also gone through these fourms for any ideas and tried most things with nothing working.  If i open the MYSQL file i can see all the data in there however it will not import.

Can someone HELP please very urgent.
