Title: Changing order of thumbnails
Post by: JohnM-UK on March 18, 2007, 02:24:52 AM
Going over my gallery I thought I would like it better if I had the newest thumbnails on page 1. If I understand correctly I can change this but clicking
QuoteTITLE  +   -
FILE NAME  +   -
DATE  +   -
POSITION  +   -
on the thumbnails page of each gallery
The only problem is, if I change the order of the thumbnails, any links that I have in various places now link to the wrong picture.
Example here: (I posted the url for the thumbnail image, along with the url for the page its on. Then
I changed the order.

Is there anyway to prevent this? I have 1.4.9. Is there anything about it in 1.4.10?
Sorry, but I did search.

That setting only affects the way you see the album. Use the global setting in config. If you use the proper link (as found in the picinfo section below the picture) then it will not change with sorting.
