Print Page - Formatting FAQ Page

How can I format the text on the FAQ page?

I'm not talking about changing the actual content as I know how to do that. I would like to be able to justify the text left, add some bold characters and lay the page out with a bit more heirarchy.

Modify faq.php as you see fit.
