Is there any documentation for this PunBB bridge?

Latest version is provided in the package. Same documentation applies to all bridge files.

When I downloaded the files I only got

bridgemgr.php
punbb12.inc

no readme files!

Latest version is bundled in the Coppermine package - you don't need to download anything. Bridging is explained in the documentation.
